You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your lePelou order. We do not offer free returns.

Please note that your lePelou product must not show any signs of use, as we will not refund the purchase in such a case.

How do I make a return?

Please inform us by means of a clear statement that you wish to cancel the contract. Use the sample cancellation form provided for this purpose by filling it out and placing it in the box and sending it back to us.

Without such a completed cancellation form , we cannot track who is returning their package.

consequences of revocation

If you cancel the contract, we are obliged to refund all payments made to you. We will use the same means of payment that you used to conclude the contract to make the refund.

Can I also exchange personalized goods?

Goods that have been personalized cannot be exchanged.
