Delivery & Shipping
The delivery time for your lePelou order to Germany is 2-4 working days. However, there may occasionally be delays over which we have no control. We ask for your understanding.
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an automated email containing a link to DHL shipment tracking and a tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to find out about the current shipping status by entering it in the field provided in the DHL portal.
There are no additional taxes or duties for buyers from the European Union.
Otherwise, buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
In principle, we as the seller are liable for the shipment until the contents of the shipment reach you undamaged.
The situation is different if you have chosen a preferred delivery location . In this case, liability only extends to the drop-off location. If the shipping service provider can prove that the package was left at the drop-off location and was subsequently stolen, you will be left with the cost of your order.
To avoid this, you should choose the “parking permission” or “desired location” service carefully.

We usually ship your order within 24-48 hours. However, delays may occasionally occur.
If the courier doesn't find you, you can use the tracking to see whether your parcel has been left with a neighbour or at a branch, for example. In some cases, a new delivery attempt will be made.
We ship your lePelou order via DHL GoGreen shipping, which is 100% climate neutral. The emissions generated by shipping are offset by our shipping service provider.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your lePelou order. We do not offer free returns.
Please note that your lePelou product must be in its original condition with all tags and must not show any signs of use, as we will not refund the purchase in such a case.
Personalized items cannot be returned.
How do I make a return?
Please inform us by means of a clear statement that you wish to cancel the contract. Use the sample cancellation form provided for this purpose by filling it out and placing it in the box and sending it back to us.
Without such a completed cancellation form , we cannot track who is returning their package.

consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract, we are obliged to refund all payments made to you. We will use the same means of payment that you used to conclude the contract to make the refund.

Care & Repair
We recommend cleaning your new leather bag regularly with a soft cloth. However, you should avoid aggressive cleaning products as these will damage the leather.
Apart from that, you should regularly treat your leather bag with a high-quality leather care product to keep the leather supple and protect it from drying out.
In the event of a defect, please contact us directly. We will find a solution for you immediately.
