The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and is only valid in conjunction with an original proof of purchase that the product was purchased from lePelou. This means that a warranty is excluded if the product was purchased second-hand or from a retailer other than lePelou. 

Shows itself If a defect occurs within the agreed period of two years which entitles the customer to a guarantee, lePelou will decide to remedy the defect itself, have it repaired by a workshop or deliver a new product. 

Please note that lePelou is constantly trying to optimise its product range. It may therefore happen that the production of certain products is discontinued or that the products are optimised and thus may differ from their original appearance. In such a rare case, however, we guarantee to deliver an item of the same type and quality.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

However, we do not provide any guarantee if

• the product has characteristics typical of leather . This means small veins, wrinkles and unnoticeable scratches. These do not represent a defect, but are proof of the uniqueness and naturalness of the leather as a material.
• the product has been handled improperly .
• attempts were made to repair the product independently beforehand.
• the care instructions available on the website were not followed .
• the defects are due to natural wear and tear or external environmental influences .
• the zipper of your product has broken due to improper use .
